 FitStar Inc., d/b/a Artfulpups.com makes every effort to ship products as soon as possible. Orders are packaged for shipping from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM (E.S.T.) Monday through Friday. Orders received after 2:00 PM will be processed the following business day. This shipping policy pertains to products currently in-stock. Products that are out-of-stock, back ordered, sent directly from our suppliers, oversized, or special order items will take longer to process. Customers will be notified if an order will take additional time to ship unless it is a customized item in which there is a notification on the product page. Sometimes due to high order volume it can take up to five days to process and ship your order. After processing the order, it will be sent via the shipping method you chose. Shipping charges are based on shipping weight and destination. The rate is calculated upon checkout. Custom made and or oversized items may take longer to ship. Artfulpups.com WILL NOT be responsible or provide refunds for customers who order Next Day Air, Second Day Air, or 3 Day Select because they did not receive their order on the first, second or third day after placing the order. If you would like to find out an estimated ship date on an item we reccommend emailing customer service before you place your order: customerservice@artfulpups.com. All orders must be placed with a physical address for shipping, as we use UPS as our preferred shipping company. The customer is responsible for providing this information to us in order to ship your order in a timely manner. Please note, sometimes products are shipped directly from our suppliers. Generally they will follow the above shipping guidelines. If an item you order is out of stock, we will notify you to let International Shipping is available to the UK, Canada, Japan, Australia, the EU, and several other international destinations. Once you have placed an order, someone will notify you with the cost of shipping and send you a link to pay the shipping charges securely online. Typically international orders cost $23.00 for shipping via USPS Global Express Mail and will arrive in 2-4 business days. At this time, we are not able to ship to Africa.  A refund will be issued to your credit card for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have been charged. Please note that we cannot refund any shipping charges. For merchandise refund, returns must be received within 14 days from the date of purchase and items must be in new/unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the merchandise has been used with the exception of merchandise with manufacturer’s defects.  Artfulpups carries certain items which are made to order and CAN NOT be returned. They are guaranteed against manufacturers‘ defects. Please note that once any custom or personalized item is ordered, it can not be canceled or revised. Please carefully proofread your order and/or measure your pet to insure you are ordering the appropriate item(s). These items include but are not limited to:
 Please indicate what you would like to exchange your merchandise for and your choice will be shipped the next business day after receipt of original merchandise. If the requested item is out of stock, we will notify you by email of its expected ship date. If you do not wish to wait, we will be happy to issue you a refund. Exchanges must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.  Please email returns@artfulpups.com or call 1-800-208-3377 to receive a return merchandise authorization number.
